Terms of Sale

1. Purpose and publisher of the service

These Terms of Sale (hereinafter "Terms") govern the sale of subscriptions and credits (the "Services") offered on the website www.grammatikai.com (the "Site"), operated by Fidan HYSAJ, sole trader (micro-entreprise) registered under number SIREN 928 293 901 / SIRET 928 293 901 00015, with registered address at 6 avenue du Chancelier Adenauer, 59370 Mons-en-Barœul, France.

The Site and Services are intended primarily for consumers and professionals established in the European Union. They comply with French law and EU legislation (in particular Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, Directive (EU) 2019/770 on digital content, and GDPR 2016/679).

2. Definitions

User: any person accessing the Site.
Client: User who has subscribed or purchased credits.
Monthly subscription: recurring access billed every 30 days.
Annual subscription: recurring access billed every 12 months.
Unit credits: non-renewable packs that let you use the features without a subscription.

3. Acceptance of Terms

Validating the order constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms, available at any time from the Site.

4. Description of Services

GrammatikAI offers:

Grammar and spelling correction
Multilingual rephrasing with more than 20 tones
AI machine translation
Dashboard and API depending on the plan chosen

Plan details (features, quotas, prices incl. taxes) are shown on the "Pricing" page.

5. Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT applicable based on the Client's location). Payment is made exclusively by credit card through the Stripe platform, an authorized payment services provider (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin 2, Ireland, license number C45512).

Credit card data is processed and stored only by Stripe; GrammatikAI keeps no sensitive banking data.

After the transaction, the invoice is made available in the customer area.

6. Right of withdrawal and refund policy

Under article L.221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code (digital content supplied on an intangible medium), the Client waives the legal right of withdrawal from the first use of the Services. However, GrammatikAI applies a more favorable refund policy:

Monthly subscription (renewal)
Window: 7 days after renewal.
Terms: refund without cause, prorated on unused days.

Annual subscription
Window: 30 days after the billing date.
Terms: refund without cause, prorated on unused time.

To exercise this right, the Client sends a request to support@grammatikai.com with the account email and payment reference. The refund is processed within 14 working days via Stripe to the original payment method.

7. Duration, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their term (monthly: 30 days; annual: 12 months). The Client can cancel anytime from the customer area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Credits unused by the expiration date are lost and non-refundable.

8. Price changes

GrammatikAI may change its prices. Any price increase will be notified to the Client at least 2 months (60 days) before it takes effect. The Client may then cancel the subscription at no cost before the new price applies.

9. Liability and warranties

GrammatikAI endeavors to provide a service available 24/7 but cannot be held responsible for interruptions beyond its control (maintenance, host, force majeure). GrammatikAI's liability is limited, for all causes combined, to the amount actually paid by the Client for the current contractual period.

10. Personal data

Data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). See the Privacy policy for more information.

11. Intellectual property

Texts submitted by the Client belong to the Client. Generated results may be used freely, subject to respecting third-party rights. The Site's code, brand and interface are protected and cannot be reproduced without authorization.

12. Customer service

For any question or complaint: support@grammatikai.com. Reply within 48 working hours.

13. Applicable law and dispute resolution

The Terms are governed by French law and, failing that, by the law of the European Union. In case of dispute, the Client may free of charge appeal to the competent consumer ombudsman or use the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Failing an amicable agreement, exclusive jurisdiction is assigned to the French courts with territorial competence over GrammatikAI's registered office.
